We are looking for a talented eLearning Content Developer to join our Sunderland-based team at Mint (this is a UK-based role only). This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days a week in our Sunderland office, so please only apply if you’re able to commute.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking commercial eLearning development projects, following our Mint development/design process, using industry-standard media and eLearning authoring tools and producing content as per the client’s requirements.
- Playing a key role in projects that contribute to the production of animations/videos/graphics that can be accessed through various media to enhance learning and experience, and to promote the use of eLearning and blended learning.
- Working co-operatively as part of a team, maintaining effective relationships with others, both internally and externally.
- Liaising with clients through all stages of a project, building relationships and ensuring that our service provides high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
The skills we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with the eLearning environment and software packages the industry uses.
- A confidence that assures your team and client that you know your stuff.
- Good level of competency in the Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and any other relevant software.
- Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Intellum Evolve, Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Adapt, Adobe Captivate, etc. (these skills are desirable – training will be provided).
- Ability to undertake learning material research, development and integration into our courses/output.
- Be capable of managing your own time (and others’!) effectively to meet deadlines.
- An eye for creative solutions and the ability to apply your design skills to all manner of training types, e.g., eLearning courses, infographics, videos, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of LMS systems and standards.
- Fluent in written English with top-notch grammar, spelling skills and proper good written communication skills.
