Role
We are looking for a real love of fashion who can offer excellent customer service with confidence. You will inspire shoppers, act as a helpful and informed role model, and consistently wear and live the Mint Velvet style.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice to customers, both online and in-store.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends and the Mint Velvet product range.
- Represent the brand in a confident, enthusiastic manner and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support the store’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for contemporary fashion and a strong sense of style.
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence engaging shoppers.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Experience in a fashion or retail role is an advantage, but not required.
