Under the umbrella of Sabre Retail Fashion Limited (which owns Mint Velvet), we are launching a new fashion brand and looking for a creative but commercially minded and detail‑oriented Digital Designer and Ecommerce Co‑ordinator to own the look, feel, and visual merchandising of our website. As we launch, we are building a small, highly capable team of multi‑skilled individuals who are excited to shape a brand from the ground up. This is a hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary role combining creative execution, ecommerce operations, and trading insight. You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand online. You will ensure the site is always optimised, visually compelling, and commercially effective – driving sales through strong product presentation. This is an all‑in role for someone who can deliver beautiful web design on site alongside great visual merchandising of the site to ensure we present the brand at its best. You will have support from the wider marketing team and digital trade teams but you will be responsible for the site day to day.
The Role
- Digital Design
- Responsible for the look and feel of how the brand is presented online
- Create design assets for the website such as homepage, online magazine and category banners
- Maintain brand aesthetic throughout on the website across all touchpoints
- Support social team on creating assets for social posts and ads
- Website Management
- Own day‑to‑day website updates such as homepage, online magazine, product pages and collection pages through Shopify
- Ensure all product pages are accurate, on‑brand and visually consistent
- Curate product ordering across the product pages to ensure a strong visual for the customer
- Cross‑team Collaboration
- Work closely with digital trading teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion and AOV
- Support campaign launches and seasonal updates with the wider team
What You’ll Have
- Experience in E‑commerce: within a fashion brand and ideally have Shopify (or similar) experience
- Commercial Awareness: You understand what drives sales, not just aesthetics
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment, take creative direction, and integrate feedback effectively
- Creative Confidence: Confident in pitching new design ideas that align with the brand. Good eye for visual presentation and brand consistency
- Design Skills: in Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator
- Ability to demonstrate creative flair
- Can‑do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to balance creative sensibility with performance‑driven thinking
