The Role

You will be supporting a welcoming team of Designers across all levels, gaining hands‑on experience in research, organisation, mood‑board creation, trend monitoring and colour management, and helping the team influence product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out specific area research to assist the wider Design team.
  • Assist designers with organisational tasks.
  • Prepare for design brainstorms, collating mood boards to illustrate new trends and design ideas for move‑ons.
  • Support the Design team in influencing product development by reviewing inspirational sources (blogs, Pinterest, Instagram, magazines, fashion press, films and more) to stay abreast of current, seasonal and new trends.
  • Research and visit inspirational shops, markets, print and fabric fairs, competitors and fashion‑forward trend‑lead businesses for inspiration and buying.
  • Manage colour standards across the design team – buy relevant samples, pull together mood boards and manage colour standards after range builds.
  • Support on print & embellishment artwork.
