Demonstrate outstanding understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors and use this to generate and act on any ideas, opportunities or concerns that may impact your store.

Qualifications
You’ll need to have proven experience in all areas of the Retail Store Manager role - having managed a small team, excelling in people management, and able to consistently deliver great service to our loyal Mint Velvet customers.
You’ll need to be an inspirational, helpful and informed role model and know, wear and live the Mint Velvet style.
