About MINT
MINT supplies and installs window treatments for house builders across the UK. We’re expanding our trusted network of subcontractors and are looking for skilled installers — both independent fitters and small teams — to cover defined regions. If you take pride in neat, accurate installs and want steady, well-organised jobs, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll install blinds packages to pre-completed house builder plots, typically within ~1 hour of your location.
Jobs include:
- Curtains & blinds packages(optional, if confident with curtain fitting)
- Quick measure visitsthat fit around your own diary
- Generally one or two plots per visit— single-day fitting jobs
- Remedial workas needed
All booking and scheduling is handled by the MINT office, with clear job briefs and direct liaison with site teams.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience installing blinds/curtains — or transferable skills (e.g., joinery, carpentry, glazing, shopfitting, kitchen/bathroom fitting)
- Public Liability Insurance— minimum level £2m
- Driving licence(please disclose endorsements)
- Own transport (van preferred) & tools
- Ability toreceive/store goodsat home or unit
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
