Lead site-based QA/QC programs, setting clear expectations for standards and performance. Engage with contractor leadership to promote positive HSEQ behaviours and address areas for improvement. Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers and contractors, including FATs and SATs. Support the roll-out of HSEQ initiatives, training, investigations, and performance assessments. Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement processes across projects. Maintain compliance with BMS/QMS requirements and lead corporate audits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years in QA/QC leadership roles, with at least 3 years site-based experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001 & 45001) implementation and auditing.
  • Expertise in electrical and mechanical QA/QC standards.
  • Recognized Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 minimum).
  • NEBOSH certification and CSCS Managers/Professionals card.
  • Experience in energy infrastructure sectors (Power, Renewables, Battery Storage, Gas, Hydro, Hydrogen).
  • NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead investigations and deliver training.
