What You’ll Do
- Lead site-based QA/QC programs, setting clear expectations for standards and performance.
- Engage with contractor leadership to promote positive HSEQ behaviours and address areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers and contractors, including FATs and SATs.
- Support the roll-out of HSEQ initiatives, training, investigations, and performance assessments.
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement processes across projects.
- Maintain compliance with BMS/QMS requirements and lead corporate audits.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8 years in QA/QC leadership roles, with at least 3 years site-based experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001 & 45001) implementation and auditing.
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical QA/QC standards.
- Recognized Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 minimum).
- NEBOSH certification and CSCS Managers/Professionals card.
- Experience in energy infrastructure sectors (Power, Renewables, Battery Storage, Gas, Hydro, Hydrogen).
- NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead investigations and deliver training.
