Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of InEight across the organisation, ensuring successful adoption across development, engineering, construction, and project controls teams.
- Work closely with functional leads to integrate document control, scheduling, cost management, field data capture, and reporting within a single coordinated system.
- Define system requirements, support configuration activities, and ensure alignment with business workflows.
- Develop training programmes and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of user adoption and system proficiency.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison with InEight, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve configuration issues and optimise system performance.
- Oversee data migration, quality control, and system testing activities.
- Support integration with other enterprise systems such as asset management, finance, and project governance tools.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
About You
- Strong experience delivering or supporting large‑scale InEight implementations or similar project delivery systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, PMWeb, Oracle Unifier).
- Skilled in document control, project scheduling, cost controls or project management environments, ideally within energy, construction, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional system rollouts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent understanding of project lifecycle workflows and digital project delivery best practice.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, growing businesses with evolving processes and requirements.
- Experience within flexible generation, renewables, utilities, or capital‑project environments (advantageous).
