Mint Selection are partnered with a leading organisation delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe and are looking to recruit an experienced CSA Site Manager to support the delivery of a major new data centre development in London.
We are looking to speak with CSA Site Managers who have a proven track record of delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large-scale mission critical or hyperscale data centre projects, with experience managing works through construction, commissioning support and final handover.
- Scope of Work
- Lead the safe and successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a major hyperscale data centre project, ensuring all activities are completed on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of CSA construction activities, coordinating multiple subcontractors across structural, envelope and architectural packages.
- Oversee the delivery of reinforced concrete, structural steel, cladding, roofing, internal fit-out, fire stopping and architectural finishes.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, MEP delivery teams and consultants to ensure seamless coordination across all construction disciplines.
- Monitor programme performance, identify risks and implement mitigation measures to maintain key project milestones.
- Ensure all CSA works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and HSEQ requirements.
- Chair daily coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to the wider project delivery team.
- Manage inspections, quality assurance processes, snagging and close-out activities through to practical completion.
- Support commissioning teams by ensuring CSA works are completed in line with programme requirements and ready for commissioning and final handover.
Experience to be Considered
- Proven experience delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on hyperscale or mission critical data centre projects.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or specialist data centre contractor is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steel, building envelope and architectural fit-out packages.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors on complex, fast-paced construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, programme management, quality assurance and HSEQ.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage complex construction activities through to successful handover.
