Mint Selection are supporting a leading infrastructure investment platform who are seeking an experienced Finance Manager on a contract basis to support UK and European finance operations across a growing international structure. This is a hands‑on role operating as a key bridge between the UK and US finance functions, supporting financial reporting, audit delivery, governance and wider finance projects within a fast‑paced environment. The business is looking for someone organised, detail‑oriented and capable of bringing structure, ownership and strong financial controls across multiple stakeholders and entities.
Scope of Work
- Manage third‑party administrators and review monthly accounts and consolidation workings
- Support UK GAAP to US GAAP reporting and consolidation activities
- Oversee accounts payable, VAT reviews and intercompany cost recharges
- Support audits, financial reporting and group consolidations under FRS102
- Liaise with FP&A, Investment, Asset Management, Tax and Legal teams
- Support live investments, M&A activities and wider finance project workstreams
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures and compliance activities across the UK structure
Experience to be Considered
- Proven experience within Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Group Finance roles
- Strong background across financial reporting, audits and multi‑entity consolidations
- Experience operating within fast‑paced or international business environments
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational capability
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, investment or asset‑backed businesses advantageous
- Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate independently
Certifications & Requirements
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP / FRS102 essential
