Are you detail-oriented with a passion for efficient project management? An industry leading Renewable Energy firm in Central London are looking to appoint a Document Controller, supporting major infrastructure projects with seamless data and document control. This hybrid role offers occasional site visits (but is primarily office based) and the chance to contribute to innovative transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the shift to a new Common Data Environment (CDE), from setup to ongoing improvements.
  • Manage documentation, data, and records from pre-construction to handover.
  • Perform quality checks on deliverables and generate reports on workflows, RFIs, and documents.
  • Train project teams on procedures and drive continuous enhancements.
  • Administer SharePoint, ensure filing accuracy, and audit project information.
  • Align with our Quality Management System and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Document Control Systems (InEight desirable but not essential—training provided).
