Your Role
As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
- Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
- Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures.
