Mint People are looking for confident, energetic, and experienced Kiosk Staff to support operations at some of the UK's most exciting stadiums, arenas, event venues, and hospitality destinations across Manchester and the Northwest. Your Role

As a Retail Bar & Kiosk Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and strong team performance throughout each event.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cash handling, till operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment throughout service.
  • Ensuring kiosks and service areas are fully prepared before opening and maintained throughout the event.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
  • Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues quickly to ensure a positive guest experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence handling cash, stock control, and operational procedures.
  • A proactive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Personal Licence holders are advantageous but not essential.
