Mint People are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Head Chefs to join our team working across a range of exciting venues in the area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled chefs looking for flexible work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work within some of the region’s leading hospitality and event venues.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Ensuring all food safety procedures are followed
  • Managing stock control and kitchen orders
  • Supervising and supporting kitchen staff
  • Managing food GP and controlling wastage
  • Assisting with menu planning and development
  • Delivering high-quality, hands-on food service during busy operations

We are looking for confident and reliable Head Chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional standards.

Driving and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, as some venues may be in remote locations.
