Initially offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract through to the end of 2027, this opportunity comes with significant potential to progress into a wider role within the business.
The Role
As Hospitality Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team.

Overseeing daily hospitality operations and service delivery.

Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.

Maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of hospitality.

Managing staffing, service standards and operational performance.

Supporting the wider management team with business objectives and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on hospitality professional who brings:

Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role.
