Your Role
As a Mixologist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and creativity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, flair, and consistency.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail ingredients.
- Creating memorable guest experiences through engaging and professional service.
- Recommending drinks and tailoring beverage suggestions to guest preferences.
- Preparing and serving premium beverages to the highest hospitality standards.
- Managing stock levels, monitoring ingredients, and supporting inventory control.
- Ensuring bars, glassware, garnishes, and service stations are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Handling transactions and operating POS systems accurately where required.
- Maintaining full compliance with licensing regulations, health & safety procedures, and venue standards.
- Working closely with venue management and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service throughout events and service periods.
