PASS MANAGER – LIVERPOOL
£16.00 per hour
Mint People are looking for an experienced Pass Manager to join our team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at exciting stadium events, concerts, and high-profile hospitality venues where no two days are ever the same.
As the Pass Manager, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every plate leaves the pass looking perfect and on time. From match days and sell-out gigs to VIP banquets, you will keep service running smoothly and professionally.
Your role will include:
- Coordinating the pass during busy services
- Checking dish presentation and portion control
- Communicating clearly between chefs and FOH staff
- Maintaining smooth service under pressure
- Managing ticket flow and service timing

What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Pass Manager / Kitchen Coordinator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence to take control of the pass during service
- Reliability and professionalism
