We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is commutable to the Yorkshire area to support a high-quality hotel kitchen on an ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to join a strong brigade, working across restaurant, banqueting and events operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, cook and present dishes to rosette standards
- Run your designated section efficiently during service
- Support menu delivery across restaurant, prep and events
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and HACCP procedures
- Assist with stock control and daily prep
- Work closely with the sous chef and head chef to keep service smooth
- Uphold high standards of organisation and professionalism
- Proven Chef de Partie experience in rosette or high-quality hotel kitchens
- Confident working across multiple outlets/sections
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain high standards during busy periods
- Reliable, professional and committed
- Must be fully commutable to Yorkshire
