You'll be placed as Chefs de Partie, Sous, Head and Lead Chefs with rates of £18–£25 per hour depending on the role, venue and assignment. You tell us when you're available and we’ll offer shifts that fit your schedule, with opportunities for five shifts one week and none the next,
