Your Role:

  • Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
  • Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
