Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to support hospitality operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading restaurant and hospitality teams
- Managing high-volume food and beverage operations
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining high service standards
- Supporting major sporting events, conferences and functions
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Restaurant Management experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments
- A hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
