Your Role
As a member of our luxury housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless stay, including:
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, suites, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.
- Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring rooms are beautifully presented and guest-ready.
- Maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout guest areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.
- Replenishing guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and refreshments as required.
- Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure all areas meet 5-star presentation standards.
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.
- Contributing to exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and pride in your work.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience within hotels, luxury hospitality venues, private households, or serviced accommodation preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
