Your Role

  • Providing outstanding table service in premium hospitality lounges and suites.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serving food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every event.
  • Looking after your own section and ensuring guests receive a first-class experience.
  • Preparing hospitality areas before service and resetting them afterwards.
  • Clearing and maintaining tables, glassware and service equipment to a high standard.
  • Processing payments where required using the till system.
  • Working as part of a professional, energetic team during some of the UK's biggest live events.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or waiting experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
