ASSISTANT HOSPITALITY MANAGER – FUN & ENERGETIC HOSPITALITY VENUE

Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts

We\’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the running of a lively and welcoming hospitality venue in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and is passionate about delivering great service.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager with daily operations

Leading the team on shift—on the floor, behind the bar, and engaging with guests

Helping drive a positive, energetic working environment

Ensuring service standards, stock control, and compliance are consistently maintained

Assisting with rota planning, training, and team development

Supporting event and booking management to maximise revenue

What We\’re Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality

A hands-on, approachable leader who leads by example

Strong organisational and communication skills

A proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction

Confidence in handling busy shifts and managing a team
