Your Role:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
