Mint People is looking for experienced, confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Managers to join our growing events team. We work across an incredible range of venues, including Premier League stadiums, racecourses, live music and entertainment venues, major sporting events, hotels, restaurants, corporate hospitality and more. No two shifts have to be the same. Whether you're looking for regular hospitality work, extra shifts around your current commitments, or the opportunity to build your experience across some fantastic venues, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
As a Hospitality Manager with Mint People, you'll lead teams and help deliver an excellent experience for every guest. Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading, briefing and motivating hospitality teams before and during service
- Managing busy bars, restaurants, hospitality suites, lounges and event areas
- Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service
- Managing queues and maintaining fast, efficient service
- Supervising tills, cash handling and payment processes
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Working closely with venue management and operational teams
- Responding quickly and professionally to challenges during service
- Ensuring health & safety, licensing and venue procedures are followed
What we're looking for
We're looking for confident leaders who genuinely enjoy hospitality and know how to get the best out of a team. You'll ideally have previous experience as a:
- Hospitality Manager
- Event Manager
- Bar Manager
- Restaurant Manager
- Hospitality Supervisor
- Team Leader
- Event Supervisor
Experience working within stadiums, racecourses, live events, hotels, restaurants, bars, festivals, sporting events or corporate hospitality would be a real advantage. You'll need to be confident, professional, organised and comfortable leading teams in busy, fast-paced environments.
