Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a committed and skilled chef de partie immediately available who can uphold and contribute to our rosette standards:
- Proven rosette background (minimum 2 rosette level experience)
- Strong fresh food background
- Confident working across all sections in a busy hotel kitchen
- Commutable to Leeds preferred but live in available
- Comfortable with the demands of a high-quality operation
- Professional, reliable and ideally chef de partie immediately available to start quickly
