PASS MANAGER β LIVERPOOL
Β£16.00 per hour
Mint People are looking for an experienced Pass Manager to join our team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at exciting stadium events, concerts, and high-profile hospitality venues where no two days are ever the same.
As the Pass Manager, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams , ensuring every plate leaves the pass looking perfect and on time. From match days and sell-out gigs to VIP banquets, you will keep service running smoothly and professionally.
Your role will include:
Coordinating the pass during busy services
Checking dish presentation and portion control
Communicating clearly between chefs and FOH staff
Maintaining smooth service under pressure
Managing ticket flow and service timing
