Your Role

As a Premium Hospitality Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class service to VIP guests and corporate clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Providing attentive and professional service within VIP hospitality areas and premium lounges.
  • Serving wine, champagne, spirits, cocktails, and draught products confidently and efficiently.
  • Handling customer transactions and operating till systems accurately.
  • Managing stock levels, replenishing products, and maintaining an organised bar area.
  • Ensuring bars, glassware, and service areas are maintained to exceptional presentation standards.
  • Building rapport with guests and delivering a personalised hospitality experience.
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Following all licensing, health & safety, and venue procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bartending experience within hospitality, premium bars, stadium hospitality, hotels, events, or high-volume venues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Confidence working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
