Your Role:
- Supervising the bar team to deliver fast, efficient and high-quality service.
- Overseeing orders, transactions and till operations, ensuring accuracy throughout service.
- Creating an exciting, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
- Leading, supporting and motivating the bar team to maintain excellent service standards.
- Ensuring all bar areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
- Managing cash handling, till procedures and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Overseeing bar backing, stock replenishment and ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service.
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating any shortages or requirements to management.
- Supporting the smooth running of service, resolving issues quickly and assisting the team during busy periods.
