Mint People in North Wales is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join a busy coastal holiday park kitchen. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard and manage your section during busy services.
Working closely with the Head Chef and the wider team, you will ensure hygiene standards are met and support stock rotation and deliveries. This is a temporary, ongoing role with 40 hours per week.
