Join Our Festival & Events Bar Team! Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and attentive Bar Supervisors to work at festivals and events across the UK!

As a Bar Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the service of drinks, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
