Join Our Festival & Events Bar Team! Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, attentive and experienced Bar Managers to work at festivals and events across the UK! As a leading provider of hospitality staff, Mint People is renowned for delivering top-tier talent to the industry. Unlike others, we only recruit when we have work for you - and we have plenty!

As a Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the service of drinks, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Managing stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
  • Leading and motivating the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
