Join Our Festival & Events Bar Team! Mint People are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, attentive and experienced Bar Managers to work at festivals and events across the UK! As a Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the service of drinks, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
