Senior Hospitality Chef

Salary: Β£29,741.15 | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week + paid overtime

Core hours will usually be between 6am and 4pm, with flexibility required to support hospitality bookings (depending on business needs and events) later finishes at 8.30pm are required when hospitality is required.

Your responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes to a high standard
- Support both daily service and hospitality events with professionalism
- Manage menu planning, ordering and cost control
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Supervise and support kitchen team members
- Ensure accurate portioning, presentation, and consistency
- Engage with clients and guests, promoting excellent service standards
- Monitor and reduce food waste wherever possible
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, including temperature checks and food safety logs
- Train and develop catering staff in line with company expectations
