Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee all hotel departments, including reception, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high service standards
- Lead and motivate the team to maintain efficiency and quality
- Handle guest queries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience
- Assist with staff training, rotas, and operational procedures
What You Need:
- Previous experience in a hotel management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
