Mint People are seeking a passionate and talented Head Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Working within a busy Rosette-standard environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes using high-quality, seasonal ingredients while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a Rosette, fine dining, or premium fresh food environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop talented teams.

Passion for seasonal produce and creating exceptional dishes.

Excellent organisational and financial management skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance.

Calm and confident under pressure with a hands-on management style.

A genuine desire to maintain and exceed Rosette standards.
