We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a highly regarded, food-led restaurant in the Ribble Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious kitchen with a strong reputation for quality, seasonality and exceptional produce. Working closely with the senior kitchen team, you'll play an important role in maintaining standards, developing the team and delivering consistently outstanding food.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading by example and ensuring consistently high standards across preparation and service. You'll be involved in team development, kitchen organisation, maintaining food and hygiene standards and working with quality seasonal ingredients.

You'll ideally have experience within a high-quality fresh-food, Rosette or Michelin-standard kitchen and be comfortable working in an ambitious, professional environment.
