Your Role:

As CDP, you\’ll:

Prep, cook, and present dishes to a high standard

Work cleanly and efficiently to maintain kitchen standards

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily service

Help with stock control and ensure compliance with food safety

Bring energy, reliability, and a love of good pub food

What We\’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (CDP or strong Commis ready to step up)

A good knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures

A can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Passion for fresh, seasonal pub food
