You will oversee the full catering function, from managing kitchen operations and leading a dynamic team, to maintaining food safety standards and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is a key position working closely with hotel clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, inspiring and managing a catering team including chefs and logistics personnel
- Being hands-on with food preparation and service during peak times
- Managing budgets, food cost of sales, payroll and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Collaborating on menu planning and maintaining service excellence
- Monitoring supplier performance and managing procurement efficiently
- Overseeing staff training, development, and performance reviews
- Building strong client relationships within the hotel environment
