We supply bartenders, ticketing staff, stewards, catering assistants, supervisors, managers, and more to festivals and outdoor events all over the UK.
The Role
We are looking to add dynamic and motivated Staffing Coordinators to our Festivals & Outdoor Events Division on a temporary contract from May to October. There is potential for this to be extended or lead to a permanent role in another department for the right candidate. This is a full-time, fast-paced role that requires self-starters who thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing your own events from start to finish
- Recruiting, screening, and interviewing team members
- Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance
- Scheduling staff and ensuring full event coverage
- Managing "on-call" duties—ensuring staff attend shifts and resolving any issues
- Liaising with clients on staffing requirements and event details
- Attending events to check in staff and handle welfare concerns
- Ensuring timesheets are completed and processed accurately for payroll
- Handling client and staff pay queries
- Attending client meetings when required
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Confidence and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to engage and interview candidates effectively
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel nationwide and work weekends
Work Schedule & Environment
4 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends, with some early starts and late finishes. Office-based initially for first few weeks to learn systems. WFH on occasional weeks across summer. On-site at events from the end of May, most weekends.
