Salary: £32,000 per annum
Full-time / Monday to Friday / Daytime Hours /40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join the catering team at pretigious contract catering business in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in a unique and rewarding environment, offering daytime hours with no evening or weekend work, where you will be working as Chef manager for a world renowned contract catering company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef day to day-primarily during lunch service
- Oversee food preparation for:
- Breakfast: covers
- Lunch: –90 covers
- Hospitality: Working lunches
Requirements:
- Level Food Safety qualification (FSL3)
- Minimum of 3 years\’ experience
- At least 2 years\’ experience in operational and financial kitchen management
- Confident with Microsoft Office and bespoke catering systems
- Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
- Must live within an easy commute of Cambridge
