We are looking for an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join our team on a temporary basis and work in Cumbria. As an integral part of our clients kitchen team, you will provide crucial support to our permanent chef.
Ideal Profile for Chef de Partie:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Rosette background
- 4*/ 5*Hotel , restaurant , functions experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Responsibilities of Chef de Partie:
- working across restaurant, brasserie, weddings and functions
- Preparing and cooking food to high standards
- Managing and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
