If you enjoy being at the centre of an office, taking ownership of tasks, and bringing order to busy environments, this could be a great fit. As we grow, the role will grow too, making it ideal for someone who likes variety and development. Flexible, structured working hours can be agreed to suit both you and the business.
What you’ll be doing:

- Updating staff details and maintaining the HR system
- Managing timesheets and checking approvals
- Processing staff expenses and mileage claims
- Recording staff travel (flights, overseas days, trip numbers)
- Ordering uniforms, clothing, and PPE
- Entering staff and supply costs into internal systems
- Raising purchase orders for the technical team
- Matching supplier invoices to deliveries
- Supporting supplier and client account checks

- Managing the main email inbox and forwarding messages
- Filing and archiving paperwork (contracts, invoices, agreements)
- Ordering office supplies and booking couriers
- Recording utility meter readings
- Tracking company vehicle mileage and MoT dates
What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need to tick every box, we’re looking for the right person, not a perfect CV.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an office administration role
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Positive, helpful, and team-focused
- Able to make sensible decisions and spot improvements
Skills & experience:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Experience using databases or document management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
- Sage experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
What you’ll get:
- Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time)
- A stable, office-based role in a growing company
- Varied responsibilities, no repetitive admin-only days
