We’re looking for a driven SME Finance Executive to manage warm leads from first contact through to successful funding or insurance deal completion. You’ll be responsible for nurturing prospects, completing fact finds, chasing client documents, submitting applications, and maintaining an active personal pipeline. You’ll need to be organised, persistent, and commercially aware, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage opportunities independently. Experience in finance, insurance, or brokerage is essential. In return, we offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000, career progression opportunities, and a stunning countryside office location with free parking.
