Are you an experienced Sales Manager from a Building Materials Supply business? Do you enjoy leading sales teams and driving successful sales operations? Minster in West Drayton is hiring now for a Key Accounts Sales Centre Manager leading a team of 5 Key Accounts Sales Specialists.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm - No weekends

Location: Minster, Units 3 & 4, North Point Business Centre, Horton Road, West Drayton UB7 8EQ

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Leadership of a team of up to 5 sales colleagues gained in a Construction Materials Supply firm
  • Proven successful experience managing sales activity and driving results
  • Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced sales teams

  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
