Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service., * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.

• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment.

• Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.

• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.

• Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.

• A valid driver’s licence is desirable for travelling between sites.

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
