Overview: 1 X TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR / CLEANER FOR 3.25 HOURS PER DAY MON - FRI FROM 4PM BUT SOME FLEXIBILITY MAY BE NEEDED. WAGE IS £13.50 PER HOUR. JOB LOCATION IS IN PRESTON CITY HUB, BLUEBELL WAY PR2 POSTCODE.
Responsibilities:
- DAILY SUPERVISION OF THE CLEANING TEAM AND LIASON WITH CLIENT CONTACT ON SITE.
- CHECKING AND MONITORING THE CLEANING ON A DAILY/WEEKLY BASIS IN LINE WITH THE SCHEDULED FREQUENCIES.
- COMPLETING A CLEANING CHECKLIST TO IDENTIFY ANY AREAS OF CONCERN AND ENSURING THAT A PLAN IS PUT IN PLACE TO RAISE THESE WITH THE APPROPRIATE PERSON / ORGANISING RECTIFICATION WORK AS NEEDED.
- SPEND THE REMAINDER OF THE TIME ASSISTING WITH THE CLEANING IN AREAS THAT NEED MORE ATTENTION SUCH AS ANY DETAIL WORK THAT THE CLEANERS MAY NOT HAVE TIME TO DO.
- CLEANING DUTIES MUST BE COMPLETED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD I.E. WIPING, MOPPING, EMPTYING BINS, CLEANING WC'S / SHOWER AREAS ETC.
- THE JOB MAY ALSO INVOLVE SECURING OF PREMISES AT THE END OF THE SHIFT.
