1 X ON-SITE CLEANING SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER REQUIRED TO MANAGE A SMALL TEAM, ALONG WITH SOME CLEANING DUTIES.
2 HOURS PER DAY MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 5PM TO 7PM, BUT SOME FLEXIBILITY MAY BE NEEDED. WAGE IS £13.50 PER HOUR. JOB LOCATION IS IN PRESTON CITY HUB, BLUEBELL WAY PR2 POSTCODE.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of the cleaning team and liaison with client contact on site.
- Checking and monitoring the cleaning on a daily/wk basis in line with the scheduled frequencies.
- Completing a cleaning checklist to identify any areas of concern and ensuring that a plan is put in place to raise these with the appropriate person / organising rectification work as needed.
- Spend the remainder of their time assisting with the cleaning in areas that need more attention such as any detail work that the cleaners may not have time to do. Cleaning duties must be completed to a very high standard (i.e. wiping, mopping, emptying bins, cleaning WC\’s / shower areas, etc.).
- The job may also involve securing of premises at the end of the shift.
