Minster Cleaning Newcastle are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our friendly office and management team. If you’re passionate about delivering the best service in the industry and supporting both clients and staff, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £14.50 per hour (£28,275/year) for the first 6 months (probation)
  • Rising to £15.50 per hour (£30,225/year) on successful completion of probation
  • Further pay growth available for hitting KPIs

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and support around 60 of our local clients, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor our team of cleaners and mobile cleaners.
  • Be a key part of our office team, handling incoming calls, sickness cover, and recruitment.
  • Build lasting client relationships and act as their main point of contact.
  • Solve operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Oversee quality standards and compliance across multiple sites.

About You:

  • Experience managing teams/sites in cleaning, facilities, or customer-focused roles.
  • Organised, resourceful, and a strong communicator.
  • Able to thrive in a busy but supportive office environment.
  • IT literate.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS.
