As a member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance on the building, its services and grounds in order to ensure that the Care Home is maintained in a safe, efficient and functional order. Key Responsibilities To be responsible for all general repairs in the home To carry out painting and decorating of the premises To carry out routine landscaping on the grounds Test the fire alarm system and log results weekly.
